Demonstrations of postures as well as different exercises to help students experience greater benefits in the postures.
Break to prepare for class.
A specoial 75 minute Classic Class to apply what was discussed during the clinic. Room will be warm but not hot, as this class will be used for students to explore the postures in a more detailed way.
